DIII juco signings don't thrill me. There is a big diff between II and I and III. As far as know we have never had a juco DIII that was schollie player his brother Casey is a true walk-on. I wonder if he is playing summer ball somewhere and impressed us. Hopefully he will prove me wrong. We already have a leadoff hitter and a CF in Aaron Conway.
This guy hit over .600 in high school but went to a D3 Juco? By the way, where in the heck is this kid from? The paper's website says it is from Ironwood, Michigan, but the article says his Juco was in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. So where did he go to high school at and where was his Juco at? I'm sure you guys will love these quotes too.... Yeah, because we've never had anyone from around here or who played for the Bears make the majors. :smash:

It looks like he went to Bessemer HS in Bessemer, MI. Went to JUCO at Itasca C.C. in Grand Rapids, MN.
Bearpa the answer to your question is no. You have to go through each team and some are better than others at updating stats. Back to Dave - 5-9 150 also on the Itasca CC fotball team as WR.
Another physical specimen for the baseball Bears. We used to recruit guys like Howard, Hart, Cepicky, etc. Now we're recruiting guys that resemble soccer players.
Based on the fact the kid isnt listed on the roster, it sounds like you were right about the DIII Juco thing.
