That's great, I'm glad they found a way to win a game. That's something to build on for next year. Of course, the problem is that we have zero chance of what our goal should be- the playoffs- because we play two BCS programs and would have to go 8-1 in the other games to make the playoffs. I imagine with our schedule being more home based next year we'll win four games or so and the beat will go on.
Bears football.....we now are happy when we knock others out of the playoffs. Geez.....not directed at you Duo. Just sayin.
So we're suppose to be sad about what happened today? Just a little confused about your post... Sent from my SGH-T679 using Tapatalk
You are always confused. Of course I'm glad they won. Geez End to a terrible season. Try looking at the big picture Duo. We are freakin' 2-9. You sound like TA. Well.... at least we knocked YSU out of the playoffs. Who gives a $#@%!
I am happy we competed and happy for the seniors who got to go out with a win...BUT 2-9 is still 2-9 and I expect better
You made it sound like because we were 2 and 9 that there couldn't be any good that comes out of this game. I believe I said something about the season being what it was, which was crap Sent from my SGH-T679 using Tapatalk
We need to find a Steve Alford type. Somebody who knows the marketing side is just as important as winning games. Somebody get the boosters happy to open their check books and win some games.
Great win for the Bears!!! And a great weekend in college football (minus the Mizz-who win) A nice MSU "fan" article found on Yahoo Sports today: http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/news?slug=ycn-10484223
Since they've expanded the playoffs, we could get in the playoffs by going 7-2 in the other games and finishing 7-4 (I believe WIU finished 7-4 last year and got in). Of course, I don't know that I would bet on that...
I thought 8 wins were required, but I wouldn't swear to it. Either way, the two BCS games have to stop.
