I have no idea if we have any interest in this kid. He is a junior at Okc Douglass where Dorrian came from. He scored 64 in a game then 47 followed by a 51 point 15 assist 8 steal game. rivals lists tulsa, Colorado, Fresno State, Marquette, Memphis, ok state, providence, vandy and villanova. Anyone know if we have interest?
There was a thread on his over the summer, I think we were at some point, Stevie is a shooter for sure, he had 643 FGA in 27 games last year, or 24 shots per game scoring 436 points, or .68 PPS which is very poor, he shot 36.5% from the floor and 38% from 3. Had games where he attempted 41, 45, 57 and 41 shots, and over 20 attempts in 17 of his 27 games, granted this was as a sophomore. Oklahoma has a ton of talent in the 2013 class, doesn't seem like we are after much at this point yet though, focused more on Kansas, Arkansas and Illinois at this point.
I know ESPN isn't worth anything for recruiting, however they have added him to our recruiting page with a check mark under "offer" Anyone know if we have offered him?
I know next to nothing about the recruitment of Clark, but he has been listed by ESPN as considering MSU for quite a while. Notice they do not have Hicks as even considering MSU yet for next year, and do not include Tyler M. as considering MSU for 2013. If the four stars and the quality programs recruiting him mean much, I would love to see him playing in Springfield regularly.
OU is after him pretty hard. Kruger was in house for his game last night. He had 35 points and 16 assists, 4-6 from 3. He is attending the OU- Texas game on Tuesday.
