In 2001 it was a coaching connection with my OL Coach at Glendale CC played with the QB Coach at SMS Donnie Simmons... I'm not sure its the same type of connections or if it just developed over time. AZ is not a bad football state, I played against several NFL athletes "back in the Day" (AZ high school) Shaun McDonald, Bobby Wade, Terrell Suggs, John Beck, Richie Incognito... It didn't get me anywhere and I'm not blowing my own horn, but its not a bad pipeline to fill your immediate needs. I was blessed enough to have an education offered to me by SMS, and I thats why I bleed Maroon and White today...
