I guess that's what two decades of middle of the road football (at best) will get you! Would a planned stadium up grade, and move to FBS help or hurt recuiting? WKU had some growing pains but were bowl eligible this year. I know Coach DeAndre Smith would help with recruiting the Saint Louis area (from his HS days). Would a neutral site game in STL against SIU, WIU or SEMO help with recruiting?... just a thought
